Guaranteed!

I love this thing. I’ve tried EVERY method of brewing coffee and this is by far my favorite. I’ve had one for about 4 years and I mistakenly broke the glass container. I reached out to SOMA not expecting much, but they really laced the whole assembly. Now, that’s customer support!
