No. The water bottle does not come with an integrated filter.

How should I clean my Water Bottle?

Hand-wash with warm, soapy water or wash on the top-rack of your dishwasher. Do not remove the sleeve. Store with the cap off. Cap: Hand-wash only. Do not place in the dishwasher.

Love the bottle, hate the cap!

The bottle is absolutely great and visually appealing. Unfortunately, the bamboo cap broke a few weeks into using the bottle, and I have not received a reply from my support request.
