Get sleep, stay hydrated, wash your hands. 

We’re always touting the benefits of staying hydrated, but now more than ever, it’s important for your health. We’re doing everything we can to stay healthy while social-distancing, including getting enough sleep, washing your hands, and now you can add staying hydrated to your list. 

Staying hydrated keeps your immune system strong but working from home can make it hard to stay on top of your water game. 

Soma Hack #1 - Keep a 25oz Glass Bottle with you during the day. Keep it with you at your WFH set up for a visual reminder to keep drinking.

Soma Hack #2 - Spice things up with lemon, lime, or orange slices. Drinking plain water can get a little boring. Adding fruit to the mix will make it easier to drink!

Soma Hack #3 - Doing at-home workouts? Make sure to drink before, during, and after -- not just after! While you may not be working up the same sweat you would at the gym or your favorite boutique class, you’re still getting dehydrated. 

Soma Hack #4 - If you’re days are a little crazed (like ours) try drinking water on a schedule. Set an alarm reminding you to drink every 30 minutes or kick off each house with a glass of water. 

Soma Hack #5 - Soma water is great for drinking, but we recommend sticking to tap water for the handwashing you’ll be doing.
