We do love our favorite clean beauty brands—and we also love a good DIY too. These three DIY body oil recipes are sure to keep your skin happy, healthy, and hydrated.
Avocado
4 ounces avocado
2 ounces jojoba oil
1 ½ tsps. vitamin E oil
~ 36 drops of essential oil
Sesame
2 ounces argan oil
4 ounces sesame oil
~ 36 drops of essential oil
Coconut/Almond
2 ounces sweet almond oil
2 ounces coconut oil
2 ounces jojoba oil
~ 36 drops essential oil
Also, don’t forget that hydration is an inside/out thing—meaning, you need to keep your body hydrated internally too. So, don’t forget to drink your standard eight!
