Kickstart your summer glow with lemon water! Lemon is one of the easiest ways to overcome the boring taste of plain water. Apart from giving it a refreshing kick, lemon is packed with calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron and Vitamins A, C, and B-Complex. Not a lemon fan? Watermelon, oranges, and pineapples work just as well and just as deliciously.


Green tea is a super easy way to give your water a boost in flavor and benefits. Aside from it’s antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, drinking green tea can lower blood sugar levels, boost metabolism, and reduce cholesterol -- heck ya!
